Full Moon & Reiki Energy Healing Ceremony

Wednesday, September 18th at 6:00PM

Come gather in an intimate space to celebrate the Buck Moon and explore the power of group healing with Reiki master Starlite Randall. With open hearts, we access our own inner guidance. With open minds, we work together to remove obstacles and deepen our capacity to heal through a cacao ceremony and the guidance of Reiki energy healing.

Nervous System Regulation Workshop

Join Jacklynne Marder, a licensed psychotherapist and trauma informed yoga instructor for an evening dedicated to nervous system recalibration. Dive into various techniques to calm the nerves, such as breathwork, somatic flow, visualisation, sound healing, and EDMR therapy tapping.

Chakra Balancing Class

Thursday, October 10th 5:00-6:00pm 

A transformative experience designed to align your energy centers and restore harmony within. We will explore the seven main chakras, using guided visualization meditations, breathing techniques, and affirmations to clear blockages and enhance your well-being led by the lovely Josephine Atluri. All participants will be gifted a Chakra Guide and set of Chakra Stones.
